SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. For deliveries outside of Europe, longer delivery times of up to 7 days may occur. You will receive the products as soon as possible but by no later than after 20 days from the day of your order.

RETURN POLICY
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery of your order, provided the items are in their original condition and meet the return conditions below. To start a return, log into your account and submit your return request. Fogal will review your request and, if approved, send you a return label.
For orders delivered within Europe and the UK, your statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable consumer law, including for sale items where required by law. For orders delivered to the US, Switzerland and the rest of the world, returns are accepted only on full-price items unless otherwise required by applicable law; sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Hosiery must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact. Bodywear, including Activewear and Loungewear, may be opened but must remain unused, in its original condition, and returned with all labels attached.
For orders returned from outside Europe, including the US, UK, Switzerland and other international destinations, please make sure that both the invoice and the return label are attached to the outside of the parcel to allow customs clearance.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. If we do not receive the items despite a return request being submitted, no refund will be issued. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
