SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. For deliveries outside of Europe, longer delivery times of up to 7 days may occur. You will receive the products as soon as possible but by no later than after 20 days from the day of your order. Shipping Partners: UPS/Fedex

RETURN POLICY

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery of your order, provided the items are in their original condition. To start a return, log into your account and submit your request. Fogal will review it and send you a return label. For orders outside Europe (i.e. US, UK, Switzerland...), ensure the invoice and return label are attached to the outside of the box for customs clearance.

Hosiery must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all labels intact. Bodywear, including Activewear and Loungewear, can be opened but must remain unused with all labels attached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. If we do not receive the items despite a return request, no refund will be issued. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Cleaning your Fogal Activewear is ideally done by using a mild detergent in warm or cold water.

Air dry.
